# Abuse policy

Third-party reports trigger action only with standing: the sender is law enforcement of the facility's jurisdiction, and the complaint carries the IP, timestamps and logs. Everything else — private notices, forwarded templates, paid takedown services — is read and closed without action.

Two classes are acted on no matter who reports them: CSAM and active attack infrastructure are not copyright debates, and URLs with evidence to abuse@ end accounts. Customer support lives in panel tickets; abuse@ exists for outside reports only.
