# Acceptable Use Policy

**Allowed by default:** Tor relays (exit nodes on request), VPN endpoints, legal adult content, crypto nodes, game servers, streaming, everyday websites, legal seedbox use, and self-hosted mail on the open port 25 with editable PTR.

**Prohibited without exception:** CSAM, spam campaigns, phishing, DDoS-for-hire, malware command-and-control, credible threats of violence.

Third-party claims gain standing in one way only: they arrive from law enforcement of the jurisdiction where the facility physically stands. Forwarded private notices, template complaints and outsourced content policing are read and dismissed. Every tenant in every location is bound by this AUP.
