VPSbit operates outside the United States, so the DMCA's notice-and-takedown procedure has no procedural foothold here. Mail that is copyright-only gets logged and closed. What actually moves anything is process from the police or courts of the facility's own jurisdiction — the abuse page covers that category. The AUP binds all tenants regardless of how a complaint arrived.
