# Refund and Cancellation Policy

Everything is prepaid, and cancellation is self-service: end the renewal in the panel, or open a ticket and have it done for you. Unused time moves to the account balance by default and covers future invoices. An on-chain return is the exception path — it requires an approved ticket; once approved, it is processed within 48 hours.

Downtime belongs to the SLA, not to this page: service credits are the sole remedy when measured availability misses the target, applied to future invoices on the same account.

Payments carry two absolute rules. A transfer on the wrong network or in the wrong asset is unrecoverable by any party — the invoice names the chain, and the chain is literal. A short arrival keeps the invoice open: complete it there, or pass the txid to a panel ticket and let the watcher match it.
