Twelve elite no-KYC locations in Europe and Asia
Base list at every one of twelve elite sites. Published premiums: Iceland and Norway +20%, Switzerland +35%, Luxembourg +15%. Europe from Reykjavik to Helsinki, Asia from Tokyo to Singapore. One SKN company. 19 crypto options.

All twelve sites, card by card
Each card is one facility: campus, uplink, jurisdiction, and the premium that applies — or the base list where none does.
Reykjavik, SW belt. Geothermal power carries the load, the cold-loop line does the cooling, and diesel only bridges grid work. FICIX sits on the hall floor.
Amsterdam's Science Park corridor — the AMS-IX hall neighborhood, southeast of the metro ring. Dual utility feeds at 2N and the densest meet-me collection in the metro.
Zurich north, Glatt corridor. Hydro power on dual feeds; SwissIX hangs in the hall and DE-CIX Frankfurt is one fiber hop away.
The Hong Kong carrier-hotel belt, HKIX inside the building. Dual feeds, badge-and-cage access, and a street address kept unpublished by policy.
Tokyo's metro carrier belt at Inzai: JPIX in reach, dual feeds, staffed cages. The street address stays unpublished; the route views speak for the site.
Frankfurt's DE-CIX density belt. Dual utility power, a meet-me-rich building, an unpublished street address, ~8 ms to Amsterdam.
Singapore's carrier-hotel belt with SGIX on the patch panel. Dual feeds, badge-and-cage floors, withheld street address, ~40 ms to Hong Kong.
Stockholm sits on the STOKAB dark-fiber ring with NetNod meets in the hall. Fossil-free power and a jurisdiction with a long press-freedom record.
Western Helsinki, beside the FICIX meets. A nuclear-hydro grid, cool-climate free cooling, EU IP space under GDPR.
Oslo's west campus at the NIX meets. All-hydro power, cold-climate free cooling, and the EEA privacy regime.
Luxembourg's southern data belt, next to the financial district. Tier IV / 2N+1, LU-CIX in-hall, and a data-trust jurisdiction with hard secrecy norms.
Taipei's Neihu belt at the TWIX meets: dense APAC transit, typhoon-rated buildings, dual feeds.

How to read this table
Every row sells the same SKU ladder at the same base list; the columns that actually differ are the ones checkout cannot change - facility tier, uplink class, and the law that governs the building. Twelve facilities carry that base list. Four are published premiums: Iceland and Norway add 20 percent, Switzerland 35, and Luxembourg 15 - power, staffing and judicial predictability cost real money there. Nothing hides behind a contact-sales wall. Pick a city, pick a plan, and the invoice prints the final USD figure before any coin amount is calculated at the live rate.
Matching the city to the workload
Latency decides most orders: park a game or trading box within 30 ms of its users and the rest is negotiable. Jurisdiction decides the remainder. Speech-sensitive projects route to Reykjavik or Zurich. When one tenant needs whole cores, out-of-band IPMI and RAID across local NVMe, that is the dedicated line: the same twelve cities, same invoice, 2-4 hours from payment to handover. VPS plans provision in roughly sixty seconds everywhere on this map.
Location questions
Does the city change my plan price?
Eight of the twelve locations bill the identical base list. Published premiums: Iceland +20%, Norway +20%, Switzerland +35%, Luxembourg +15%, shown in checkout before you pay.
Can I move a deployed server to another city?
Not in place. The clean path is a second deployment in the new city, a data sync, then a DNS flip - snapshots and a Borg or Restic target make that a routine, scripted job.
Which city for privacy-sensitive workloads?
Reykjavik and Zurich are the usual answers for speech-adjacent projects; every location bills crypto and asks for no documents, so the deciding input should be law and latency, not marketing.
