Terms of Service
One sentence carries the whole contract: an invoice you pay rents exactly one virtual or dedicated server from VPSbit for the term you selected — month, quarter, six months, or a year, always prepaid. The panel cancels the renewal whenever you like; time already paid but not yet used shifts to your account balance and pays future invoices. Coins travel back on-chain only through an approved ticket — an exception, never the default. You hold root, and root does not excuse breaking the criminal law of the jurisdiction where the rack stands; AUP violations can suspend the account. For confirmed downtime the only remedy is the SLA's service-credit scheme. This page summarizes commercial terms in plain words; it is not legal advice for where you live.
Invoices quote USD first. The page converts to your coin at a live rate and keeps a stored fallback for feed outages. One asset, one network, one transfer — USDT meant for TRC-20 and dropped on a different chain is gone in a way no party can reverse, so check the two lines the invoice prints before you sign. A short arrival leaves the invoice open: top it up there, or attach the txid in a ticket and let the watcher close the gap.
Support runs on a single channel: panel tickets bound to an invoice code or an IP. There is no chat line and no phone — by design, not by accident.
